Enjoy interesting, fun studio art activities paired with a glass of wine, light hors d’oeuvres and great conversation during this spring’s W(h)ine & Art nights at the Figge. Featuring a different art medium each month, you’ll create finished art works to display in your home in these cool, casual studio sessions. February 2 - Japanese brush writing with Anna Ito, Executive Director of Japan Brush Writing Association, USA Division
Listen to Japanese music as you learn the Japanese alphabet, practice brush writing basics and create a one-of-a-kind Valentine card with Japanesecalligraphy and origami.

March 1 - Sculptural color-card art with Zach Sapato
What else are paint sample chip cards good for after your walls are painted? Find out in this fun, eco-friendly class when you create a colorfully unique paper relief sculpture with leftover sample chips.

April 5 - Handmade paper art with Dawn Wohlford-Metallo
Get excited about the creative possibilities of handmade paper! Make a sample sheet, learn embossing, finishing and color techniques and more in this fun class.
